Halloween festivities

x_crystalHappy Halloween! Happy birthday to those of you whose birthdays are on Halloween! I hope that this evening's festivities go well for everyone and that everyone has both a fun and safe Halloween.
As has been noted by others, Halloween is not celebrated all across the globe, and different countries and cultures observe it in different ways. While Halloween does not exist in Attilan as it does in America, the school I helped create there several years held a special Halloween party event tonight as part of a study into different cultures. Admittedly, I am certain that the students were intrigued by the idea of dressing in costumes and collecting and giving out candy.
My costume for tonight, in case anyone is curious, was that of Silk Specre II, as seen in Watchmen. As many people are aware, yellow is my favorite color, and I was drawn to the costume. Yes, I have colored my hair as well. Forge attended the ABSAE event with me, dressed as Nite Owl II in order to have a costume which "matched" mine.
Also, do not forget about the change in time which occurs early in the morning. Daylight Saving Time will now be over, so please remember to change your clocks and watches in order to accurately reflect the time tomorrow. We are not doing this in Attilan this weekend, as the "extra" hour was gained last weekend instead.
Again, have a wonderful evening, and I will be back at the mansion before classes begin Monday morning.
